Free Shipping Policy

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. This policy explains when free shipping applies, delivery timeframes, and any exclusions.

Free standard shipping is available for:

• Orders delivered within the United Kingdom

• Orders that meet the minimum spend threshold (see below)

We currently do not offer free shipping on international orders unless stated during a promotional campaign.

3. Minimum Order Value

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order total reaches:

£13.75 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders below this amount will be charged our standard shipping rate.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Free shipping orders are dispatched via our standard delivery service.

Estimated delivery time:

• 2–5 working days within the UK

Please allow additional time during:

• Product launches

• Sale periods

• Bank holidays

• Severe weather disruptions

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Exclusions

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Express or next-day delivery services

• International orders (unless stated)

• Bulk or wholesale orders

• Returned items being re-shipped

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw free shipping promotions at any time.

6. Returns & Free Shipping

If you return part of an order that qualified for free shipping and the remaining order total falls below the free shipping threshold:

• The original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal of delivery

Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
